The Constance Sweater is a PDF sewing pattern in sizes 3 months (16.5″ chest) to 12 years (30″ chest). It is the first in the Meaningfully Made collection where 100% of the proceeds will go to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation. A cause very near to my heart.
This pattern is loaded with options! It has three lengths: top, tunic or dress; three sleeve lengths: long, 3/4 and short; it has the option of a neckband as well as a lined or unlined hood, oval or heart elbow patches; a kangaroo pocket, and bands can be added to sleeves and bodice.

Lovely little versatile pattern. Bought it when I was trying to find a hooded tshirt for my hat averse baby. Wonderful that it works for both boys and girls, and lovely little accessory additions. And a good fit on my wee guy too!
