This dress and peplum is a free PDF pattern in size 2T, which will fit a chest of 20.5″ and height of 33″ to 35″. It features a scooped back, exposed zipper, and optional pleated neck. The Linden Shorts & Skirt Add-On pack offers some great additions to the Linden pattern, so you can now sew up cargo shorts, board shorts, and shorts or a skirt with a zipper.
