The Olivia Top
I recently had the privilege of testing The Olivia Top by Mummykins and Me. I’m such a fan of a classic peasant top and I love that this pattern allows you to really make it your own through trim, ruffles, or bows.
You have the option of adding elastic to the sleeves for a gathered look or leaving them as a flutter sleeve. You could also add length to it to make it a dress. Rebecca from Mummykins and Me is great with directions and photos on her patterns and this top is perfect for beginners. It’s a quick sew, but it also offers a professional look with French seams.
My fabric was from a local fabric shop and the crochet trim was from Felinus Fabrics.
I’ve already made a couple of these. It’s really a great staple. You can find the pattern HERE.
